Meet Dr. Fuad Tawmeh

Dr. Tawmeh brings over 15 years of clinical experience to Highland Family Dental, combining advanced implant dentistry with a patient-centered, compassionate approach that prioritizes comfort, trust, and long-term oral health. He has placed and restored more than 4,000 dental implants and has helped patients restore comfort and confidence in their smiles.

Dr. Tawmeh earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, graduating with High Honors and being inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Dental Honor Society. Shortly after graduation, he was invited to join the faculty at Boston University, where he serves as a Clinical Instructor and lecturer in Oral Implantology. He further advanced his training by earning a Master of Science in Oral Implantology: Surgery and Prosthodontics, from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain.

Dr. Tawmeh practices as a General Dentist with a focus on dental implants, prosthodontics, and laser periodontal therapy, and he is a LANAP® Certified Clinician.

Dr. Tawmeh is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Dental Education Association. He is also a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tawmeh places a high value on family and enjoys spending time with his wife and their three sons. He is a passionate fan of the Boston Celtics and FC Barcelona and enjoys traveling, hiking, and fishing. Dr. Tawmeh is trilingual and fluent in English, Spanish, and Arabic.
